For every element we measure, a percentile shows how your overall level compares with our global reference database, along with a simple low, medium, or high marker.

Exposure timeline

For every element, you also get a 30-day timeline of your exposure. Seeing how
your levels move day to day can reveal patterns tied to your real-world activities
and movements.

Exposure guidance
